Chances are if you live in St. Louis, you’ve been to Syberg’s or Helen Fitzgerald’s. The restaurants were created by a local St. Louis family and quickly became one of the best sports restaurants in town. They are so famous for their wings that they actually sell the bottled wing sauce in grocery stores around town as well as on Amazon. In addition to their famous wings, they recently started selling three of their pizzas in the freezer section at Schnucks and Dierbergs. These signature flavors consist of: double pepperoni, original Joe mama’s, and signature chicken. Below I’ve listed my top three favorite recipes using Syberg’s wing sauce, so that you can enjoy the deliciousness from the comfort of your own home!
Syberg’s Hot Totties

2. Follow directions on package to cook tots/fries.
3. Finely shred the rotisserie chicken.
4. In a medium mixing bowl, stir together shredded chicken and ½ cup wing sauce.
5. Remove cooked tots from oven and evenly spread cheddar cheese and chicken mixture on top.
